Up, up, and Away!

The building is taking shape - all the way to the shingles! Luke hoisted the heavy shingles and handed them one by one to Merle as he stapled them in place. They knocked it out in 6 hours! Merle added the deck along the creek side of the house, where you can here that bubbling brook, and built more structure on the inside. He purchased windows to let in lots of light, to provide a view of the woods and the crick/creek, and is also working under lights.

The autumn colors are beginning to show off. The horses next door , the bubbling brook, and the windy one-lane road are very quaint and calming.

I have exciting news to share with you! I am blessed abundantly as an anonymous gift was provided for me for the first half of the needed cost to allow me to attend the LifeChange Residency November 15-19, and for the 6 online courses! I am so excited to increase my knowledge and skill in the area of Biblical Counseling! Praise the Lord!

The lovely wedding of Kathryn Temple and Tim Ferguson was a delight to attend. Lydia brought Jo (Joshua) as her plus 1, and Luke was thrilled to sit at dinner with his mentor, Larry Lawrence. Dancing after a lovely dinner was fun, and the mountaintop venue was beautiful.

Here are the students (the six on the right) with their servant leaders (the three at the left) at the YWAM base on St. Croix, who will be encouraged to follow Jesus' instruction to go and tell the world when we go to teach Evangelism after Christmas. Please pray for God's leading in all our planning and their hearts to receive His instruction.

We were able to go to see Delores in her room for the first time in a year and a half! It was encouraging to see her so perky.

Hannah is loving her new job working remotely for BusySeed Marketing Agency out of New York City in graphic/online design. It is great to see her use more of her creative skills! Above, she loves to create costumes for Cosplay and other opportunities. Her very creative fairy costume was inexpensively make and the sleeves put together with hot glue! Our friends, Mike and Kelly brought dinner on Tuesday, October 26th, to celebrate our first meal in the new place, even though it is a long way from finished!

We may not have the substantial audience that Billy Graham could reach, but we all have the same message - the gospel, the amazing truth of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection which satisfies the debt for our sins before the Father, and as we surrender ourselves to our Lord, he transforms our lives and enables us to walk by His Spirit. We can be part of the chain of freedom for others as we share this truth, one beggar to another, through our lives and words in the circle of influence the Lord has given each of us.

"All authority on heaven and earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And remember, I will be with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20
